Delivery & Returns


We use UPS as our courier for all orders worldwide.

Orders are usually sent out the following business day with the exception of items that are in our warehouse which may take a day extra to fulfill.


UK Customers: Postage is free and takes 1-2 business days from when the order is fulfillled.


European Customers: Shipping costs £14.99 and typically takes 3-5 business days from fulfillment. Please note that due to Brexit, European customers are now being charged import duty upon arrival into thevcountry. Customers will be contacted by UPS via email and expected to pay any outstanding charges before the package is released from customs and delivered.


International Customers: Shipping costs £19.99 and typically takes 5-7 business days. Customers will be contacted by UPS to pay any outstanding import duty before the package is released from customs.


All orders are provided with UPS tracking numbers upon fulfillment.

Suits and jackets are packaged carefully in a way to minimise creasing but please be aware that we cannot account for the way the box has moved in transit and unfortunately this is sometimes unavoidable.


Returns & Refunds


UK Customers: For UK customers we offer free returns. Please email and provide us with your name, order number and the items you would like to return. You will receive a response with a UPS label that you can print off and stick to the package. You will then need to drop the parcel in at your nearest UPS access point which can be located using the following link


European and International Customers: We ask that you ship any returns back to Stephen Muldoon Bespoke, 8 The Village, Prestbury, Cheshire, UK, SK10 4EY. Please enclose your packing slip or a print out of your email order confirmation.

Refunds may take 1-2 business days from arrival to process at our end. Once processed, refunds usually hit customers accounts quickly but it can vary depending on your bank so please allow 2-3 business days for transactions to clear.



All returns must be unworn with the tags still on.

When returning shirts please make sure all of the packaging (tissue paper, cardboard and pins) is present so we can repackage the shirt appropriately.
